The "Real" Kimkins Diet

Since when do you believe that people fill out their FITDAY completely? I NEVER do! I will put some things in, and then go on and forget the rest, or just not post it.

You CANNOT go by a FITDAY to assume it is the complete days consumption. PLEASE!!!

Granted many people do not fill out their FitDay completely. So apparently this person is in need of further proof of the "plan behind the plan".

This is what Heidi is recommending in response to a question on carb limitations:

“It’s best not exceed the 1000 cals,, 20 carbs, 20-30 fat grams, and keep the Protein at 60-90 grams per day. These are the limits for newbies, but you will find that as you stick with the plan you will see lower numbers in all the above categories. If you have any other questions or need help PM me anytime, I love to help.”

Covering herself by saying 1000 calories—but you see that is the UPPER limit. Then she says numbers will be lower once you stick with the plan. Let’s do the math shall we. Calories for carbs are 4 cals/gm, protein 4 cals/gm, fat 9 cals/gm. Taking the upper limits of 20gms carbs, 30 gms fat, and 90 gms protein:

(20×4) + (30×9) + (90×4) = 80 + 270 + 360 = 710

710 calories for the UPPER limit

That even falls below the 800 calories minimum, Tippy Toes is always spouting about. PLUS, Heidi says the numbers will be EVEN LOWER if you stick with the plan. How much lower can they really go?

Oh, right sorry, this is Kimkins, where you are expected to be as low as possible. Remember you are carrying tons of food around as fat. You can live off it and never eat again……

At least that’s what Heidi has always said……

YET………. she IS a PROVEN liar.
